Bungee Trampolines

Bungee trampolines have become increasingly popular in the last few years. Typically used in a pay-per-use format, bungee trampolines are commonly found at fairs, carnivals, boardwalks and in malls.

Whereas rentable inflatables are manufactured by many, many different companies, bungee trampolines in the U.S. are built by less than a handful of companies. Though the basic principle is the same, bungee trampolines can be very different. The biggest differences include bungee trampoline rentals with single or multi-rider capabilities, hard sided or bongo (inflated) pads and whether the bungee trampoline rentals unit is mobile or stationary. The cost of liability insurance for bungee trampolines is greatly affected by these factors.

The Event Planners Association works with bungee trampoline rentals owner/operators to help them build their companies on a solid foundation for success. The EPA assists with risk management issues including liability waivers, rental agreements, special liability insurance and risk management best practices.

EPA amusement members are welcome to form or join a local chapter devoted to solving pertinent issues and developing new relationships among event industry peers.
