Event Planners Association™ (EPA), (www.EventPlannersAssociation.com), announced today it is expanding its national presence by launching a New York City Chapter. The EPA NYC Chapter’s inaugural launch event is scheduled for Thursday, April 19, 2012 from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at the extraordinary 3 West Club (www.3westclub.com) in Midtown Manhattan and is open to all greater New York and Tri-State area event and meeting professionals.
Rock-and-super-star party planner to A-list celebrities, Marley Majcher, will deliver the keynote sharing top tips from her book, But Are You Making Any Money?. Best known as “The Party Goddess,” Ms. Majcher is a multi-million-dollar marketing coach who sets audiences on fire with her no-nonsense, direct-path methodology to achieving business profitability. Marley Majcher will also answer questions immediately following the evening’s speech.
Also available at the EPA NYC Chapter launch event will be the three founding members and co-chairpersons, Annette Naif of Annette Naif Events, Christina Berrios of Event Details, Inc., and Danielle Bobish of Curtain Up Events, as well as Kim Sullivan, senior vice president and chief marketing officer for the Event Planners Association National Headquarters. At-the-door registration and networking opportunities for the EPA NYC Chapter launch and educational event are scheduled to begin at 6:00 p.m. at Midtown Manhattan’s 3 West Club, 3 West 51st Street, between 5th & 6th Avenues, in New York, NY 10019. The evening will conclude at 9:00 p.m. Multiple vendors will have their wares on display and sample tastings from a collection of pastas along with a complimentary drink are provided compliments of 3 West Club. Additionally, managers from the New York City-centered venue will be on hand to schedule future tours of the classic property.
